Ñ, Enye The Essence of Spain
Ñ pronounced ´ENYE´ is a letter exclusive to the Spanish alphabet and is emblematic of all that is «the essence of España«. A modern style of wine aimed at consumers who prefer wines that are well structured with fruit aromas. While characteristically Spanish, ENYE represents the diversity os Spainsh wine bringing together some of the more interesting grape varieties: Bobal Rosé, Tempranillo, Viura and Garncaha.
The elegant and eye catching presentation symbolises the essence of a wine whose origin is the intrinsic culuaral fusion of the people and land of Spajn.

Demonimación de Origen (DO) Utiel-Requena. Continental climate with Mediterranean influences. Large tempaerature variations between day and night.
Average annual temperature: 13ºC. Chalky, clay soils.
GRAPE VARIETIES AND TASTING NOTE
Grape varieties: 80% Bobal – 20% Shiraz
Colour: Bright red cherry
Aroma: Notable fruity aromas (strawberry, raspberry) and delicate flora tones
Taste: Luscious, young and fresh
Ideal to accompany all types of food, especially rice dishes, pasta, fish and oriental cuisine. Best served chilled at 10ºC.
WINE MAKING
After a careful selection the grapes are gently crushed followed by a brief maceration with the grape skins. The «free run juice» is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC, using selected yeasts.
